In 2023, the practice transitioned to a new generation of leadership; four of the clinic's own trusted therapists became co-owners, carrying forward the same values of excellence, integrity, and genuine care that have always defined Bechtel PT.

Most patients begin hands-on treatment during their very first visit. Our approach combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and advanced techniques to get you feeling better from day one.

Do you accept Insurance?
We are an enrolled Medicare provider. We also work with most PPO insurances, worker's compensation and school sport injury cases.
Our in-house billing department will verify your benefits and contact you with your options depending on your provider.
We also provide self-pay options per direct access California law and are happy to provide a super bill to support reimbursement.
